Even though Translation it's been underrated  as a teaching strategy for a long time and only used for communication purposes instead of education, we now can say that it's slowly coming back to the academic scene by L2 experts, due to it's pertinence as an effective writing and reading activity, it's now consider as a sucessful path to enhance vocabulary, critical reading and writing and cultural compentences, among others.
